Operations Manager: Kinnon Falk

Kinnon was part of the lay leadership that formed +KINDRED as a restart congregation. In 2022, he transitioned from Leadership Table chair to staff. He is also the director of Kindred Kitchen, our culinary training program for vulnerably-housed youth that operates in partnership with Grace Place. He also serves on the Grace Place board as the +KINDRED liaison. He enjoys going on local adventures with his family, eating at Houston's great restaurants, cooking for crowds, and volunteering with local organizations. He has master's degrees in divinity and ethics from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA. He has worked in the local nonprofit sector for a decade, focussing on homeless services and fundraising.

Lisa Miller

Lisa Miller (she/her/hers) is a transgender woman living in Houston, Texas. In her over 40-year career, she’s worked in a financial capacity with organizations as large as Enron and as small as your typical mom and pop organization. Lisa is most passionate about helping small, entrepreneurial concerns to grow and thrive. A baby boomer, Lisa has a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University, and an MBA in Financial Management from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of New Mexico. She serves her local faith community as a Lay Eucharistic Minister, and the Community of Hope as a Lay Chaplain.
